This should be simple to understand. If: (1) Your book arrives damaged or (2) Your book has a manufacturing defect (pages missing, misprinted etc.) or (3) I forgot to sign it (unlikely, but you never know) Return it to me and I'll send you a new one. NO REFUNDS If you just didn't like it, sorry. I've bought plenty of books I didn't like and never got my money back. SHIPPING If your address is correct, it should get there. Include your e-mail addr in the Instructions part of the order and I'll inform you of your order's status. In the event you don't receive your book in . . .oh, I don't know . . . two or three weeks, E-mail me and I'll see if I can trace it.
